Primary efficiency filter is used in combination with cleanroom HEPA filters to prevent premature replacement of cleanroom HEPA filters due to dust accumulation, thus extending the service life of cleanroom HEPA filters.

The high-quality fluffy filter media is used. The filter media is a special mixture of non-woven fabric and synthetic fiber, with a special contour pleat design to provide a larger dust holding capacity and increase the utilization of the filter media. A reasonable number of filter pulp pleats increases the effective use area of the filter and reduces the resistance at the same time.

Sturdy double-layer moisture-proof paper frame structure

Cleanroom filter adopts moisture-proof paperboard frame, and the filter paper is bonded to all the connection points in the frame, which has a solid and reliable structure and ensures that the filter will not be deformed or damaged under the poor usage environment. Supplemented with filter media support mesh inside, the filter enjoys compact structure, light weight, easy installation and disassembly.
