Air Filter Solution

Air filter mainly includes primary efficiency filter, medium efficiency filter and HEPA filter.

(1) Primary efficiency filter

There are four styles of plate, folding, bag and box, the outer frame materials are paper frame, aluminum frame, galvanized iron frame, stainless steel frame, filter materials are non-woven fabric, nylon net, activated carbon filter cotton, metal hole mesh, etc., the protective net has double-sided spray plastic wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh. Primary efficiency filter use:

The primary efficiency filter is suitable for central air conditioning and central ventilation system filtration; Large air compressor filtration; Clean return air system; Pre-filtration of HEPA filter device.

(2) Medium efficiency filter is widely used for intermediate filtration of air conditioning system, suitable for occasions with high dust concentration, the use of high-quality chemical fiber non-woven filter material, large dust capacity. It is mainly used for filtering 1-5μm dust particles, with the advantages of low resistance and large air volume. Medium efficiency filter has bag type and frame type, combined type and so on.

Efficiency: F5-F9 (colorimetric);

Application: Widely used in pharmaceutical, electronic, food industry and general air conditioning system.

(3) HEPA filters are mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended matter below 0.5um. Ultrafine glass fiber paper is used as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials as partition plate, and the wood frame aluminum alloy is glued. Each unit has been tested by the flame method, and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust capacity. HEPA filter can be widely used in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages and food, PCB printing and other industries clean air conditioning end supply. High efficiency and ultra-high efficiency filters are used at the end of the clean room, and can be divided into: high efficiency with partitions, high efficiency without partitions, high air volume, ultra-high efficiency filters and so on.
