Product Description

Customized Class 100 Modular Cleanroom Booth Class 1000 Manufacturer

A modular cleanroom workstation is designed for quick and easy construction of a simple cleanroom. The modular cleanroom booth accommodates a variety of cleanliness levels and space configurations, allowing for design and fabrication based on specific needs. Its key features include ease of use, flexibility, ease of installation, a short construction period, and portability. Modular cleanroom can also be added to areas within a standard cleanroom to reduce costs, allowing for localized installations where higher cleanliness levels are required.

Super-large cleanroom workstations are specifically designed for the rapid construction of simple, high-purity cleanrooms. They offer numerous advantages, including a short construction period, low cost, simplified maintenance, reusability, and the ability to increase cleanliness levels by increasing or decreasing the number of FFUs. They are increasingly being used in large-scale electronics factories, food packaging, and other industries.

The stainless steel frame is combined with high-transmittance acrylic panels for modular assembly, offering flexibility and convenience. It occupies a small footprint and is quick to set up, saving valuable space and time for businesses. The cleanroom offers a bright and clear view, and features intelligent fans for precise air flow control and unidirectional laminar flow. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. Anne Parker can tailor a customized cleanroom solution to meet your cleanliness needs.

How Does a Modular Cleanroom Work? (Working Principle)

Its operating principle can be summarized in one word: "continuous filtration and replacement.

1. Intake: The fan filter unit (FFU) at the top draws in air from outside the room.

2. Filtration: The FFU is equipped with a high-efficiency air filter (HEPA) that effectively removes over 99.99% of airborne contaminants such as dust, particulates, and microorganisms.

3. Supply air: Thoroughly purified clean air is delivered to the work area within the booth in a uniform, vertical airflow (laminar flow).

4. Exhaust: Clean air flows downward, carrying away contaminants generated during the work process. Finally, it is re-intaken into the FFU through return air louvers on the sides or bottom of the booth, forming a continuous, cyclical purification process.
