Closed structure

PuriCeI TM disposable ceiling filter has a closed structure and is tested to prevent leakage between the inlet and outlet, and all metal joints are bonded together to avoid side leakage. The standard unit uses a 300x80mm diameter air inlet, a fixed diffuser plate, a round pipe joint, and a protective mesh at the lower end to protect the HEPA box filter material.

Its low profile, light weight and disposable design advantages make it suitable for use in hospital operating rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, microelectronics, film and fiber optic equipment and food processing plants.

Leak detection and air volume regulation

All HEPA box air filters must pass a leak detection test. The HEPA filter box can be equipped with air volume regulating valve and PA0 detection port, pressure difference detection port.
