We recently completed the final factory testing and shipment preparation of a cargo air shower with an automatic roll-up door, designed for cleanroom material transfer applications.

Before shipment, the complete cargo air shower underwent power-on and functional testing to verify the operation of the automatic roll-up door, air shower cycle, PLC control system, and other electrical components.

Factory Testing Before Delivery

To ensure reliable operation after installation, we conduct functional checks before the equipment leaves our facility. The automatic doors, air shower system, control functions, and electrical components are tested to identify and resolve potential issues in advance.
